DEVELOPING STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A developing tropical storm has gained strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is at this moment located about 250 miles southeast of Mexico's California.
